Two Chairs is building a new kind of mental health system by delivering remote, evidence‑based therapy to adults. Clinicians work with modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, and IPT, maintaining a caseload of 7–20 sessions weekly and using data to track progress.
We offer teletherapy from licensed Nevada clinicians, with training, support for wellness, and a competitive benefits package including malpractice insurance and a 401(k). Expect 8–24 hours per week and scheduling flexibility.
