Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position in Baltimore County, MD - In-Home, Full-Time

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our trusted ABA partner's growing clinical team in Baltimore County, MD.

This position is perfect for a BCBA who enjoys direct clinical work, mentoring RBTs, and supporting families, but prefers not to carry the full administrative responsibilities of a primary caseload. Our partner's clinical structure allows BCBAs to focus on supervision, parent support, and treatment quality while primary BCBAs oversee case management and treatment planning.

    Total annual compensation ranges from $90,000-$115,000, based on billable hours, experience, and including bonuses
  • Shift Details:
    Full-Time, Mon-Fri
  • Setting:
    In-Home;
    Primarily In-Person
  • Telehealth permissions account for up to 50%-60% of required billables
  • Caseload/Billable Requirement: 25-28 hours/week (options available)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducting in-person supervision for assigned clients.
  • Providing monthly parent training sessions
  • Supporting treatment implementation and ensuring clinical excellence
  • Collaborating with primary BCBAs and RBTs to promote client progress
  • Offering in-session coaching and guidance to clinical staff
What You'll Need:
  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Active Maryland LBA required
  • Experience supervising RBTs in home-based ABA settings
  • Strong clinical decision-making and coaching skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams

Additional Qualifications
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • BCBA License 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or communication disorders
  • Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
  • Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
