NTT DATA offers a remote Accumulator Coordinator role supporting a leading Health Plan in the US. The position requires strong Excel use, 40 WPM typing, and extensive Windows/Office experience. Work is Monday–Friday 8:00am–8:00pm CST/EST with overtime and potential weekend hours based on client needs.
As part of NTT DATA BPO services, you will update members’ out-of-pocket expenses and maintain compliance with HIPAA and SOPs, contributing to efficiency and accuracy in accumulator calculations.
