Equip Health seeks a Recovery Coach to join a fully virtual, evidence-based treatment team. You will deliver skills-based sessions, help patients integrate into treatment plans, and address barriers to recovery while maintaining compassionate, recovery-centered support.
You will work remotely, provide 33 hours of direct care weekly, and commit to two evenings until 8pm. A strong emphasis is placed on personalization, documentation, and collaboration with caregivers and the care team.
