Signature Performance is seeking an Inpatient Professional Fee, Profee Medical Coder with expertise in E/M ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT and HCPCS coding. Remote, nationwide position; at least 2 years of professional fee coding experience and familiarity with EHR systems preferred.
The coder will review medical records, assign diagnoses and procedures, ensure codes align with official guidelines, CMS and payer rules, and support accurate reimbursement while maintaining coding quality and throughput.
