* ** OVERVIEW*
* Manage and train Ultrasound Clinical Sales Specialists (UL CSS) local, regional and specialized, in a specific geographic territory. Work collaboratively with the UL Business Unit, cross functional UL team and modality field sales team to deploy UL CSS to execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Provide clinical support by managing ultrasound demonstrations and post-sales installations at customer sites.
Provide clinical presentations at the request of the UL team to field sales, and to customers and prospects. Educate the UL CSS team to ensure a high level of proficiency in operating the UL product line and espousing clinical and technical feature differentiators and benefits. Manage the team to ensure they maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across the ultrasound installed base.
** RESPONSIBILITIES*
* ** This is a remote, home office based role located within the USA.*
* ** The preferred location, to best support the business is one of the following: IL, MN, MO, KS*
* + Manage a team of Ultrasound Clinical Sales Specialists within a defined geographic region with respect to performance, conduct, employee morale, special training needs, career development and vacation and/or sick leave.
+ Participate in discussions concerning sales strategies with appropriate personnel to facilitate applications preparation for key product demonstrations.
+ Schedule and manage assigned applications activity, including product demonstrations, installations, follow-up training, and customer training courses.
+ Provide clinical and sales support at key regional referral sites including training and demo's on key site visits.
+ Manage the ultrasound customer installed base to achieve high levels of net promoter score, or other customer satisfaction metrics.
+ Ensure UL CSS team documents customer interactions (demo reports and site visit reports) including reports of site challenges, suggestions for product improvement, system performance and customer satisfaction.
+ Provide clinical and sales support for new product launches and new software revisions.
+ Provide and promote support for image acquisition programs.
+ Provide clinical and management support for both regional and national trade shows.
+ Provide supervision and strategic leadership of the UL CSS team to assist in the consistent development and improvement of our effectiveness in the field.
+ Support the service team with applications support pre and post customer service interventions by deploying self and/or team members.
+ Effectively develop and implement training programs, providing a high degree of professionalism. Develop and deploy training programs for customers, peers, and new hire UL CSS as new software/platforms are introduced.
+ Ensure that all UL CSS remain current in their professional registry.
+ Staff primary and back-up support for customer demos, installations and support of customer issues.
+ Develop and provide support for multi-system installation training, coordinate logistics and create training plans.
+ Proactively serve as a role model and mentor to team in all business related matters, at all business-related functions.
** QUALIFICATIONS*
* + Strong track record of managing self, peers and/or clinical teams in an ultrasound corporate or clinical organization.
+ Able to maintain and manage travel schedules of self and team.
+ Proven track record in handling and resolving problem accounts and difficult situations.
+ Proven ability to work independently to achieve goals.
+ Proficient Computer skills:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
+ Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrates knowledge of Blood Borne Pathogens as required by OSHA.
+ Demonstrated willingness to travel extensively to support company goals.
+
** 5+ years of accreditation through a recognized association (ARDMS) with up-to-date credentials.*
* +
** Must maintain active motor vehicle driver's license from the state where the employee resides.*
* + 4 Year Bachelor's Degree Equivalent or work experience in lieu of degree.
+ 5 years Ultrasound clinical applications specialist with Canon or 5 years commercial ultrasound applications experience.
+ Previous management and/or leadership experience strongly preferred.

Min $112,900 to Max $181,800*
