Centra Care Health is seeking an Actionable Findings Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of critical diagnostic findings across imaging services. You will ensure timely communication, documentation, tracking and resolution, partnering with radiologists, providers and care teams to support safety and regulatory standards.
The role supports remote work with occasional on-site meetings, and part-time scheduling (48 hours every two weeks) with day shifts and flexible times.
