* The In-Office Provider Programs organization within Risk Adjustment delivers a portfolio of products to support physicians in providing optimal patient care and improving the accuracy of their clinical documentation. The products are a mix of in-house and vended solutions, with an eye toward growth of analytics-driven and interoperable solutions.

The Senior Program Delivery Professional owns the execution and operational performance outcomes for the Provider Programs. The Senior Program Delivery Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Job Description

The Senior Program Delivery Professional implements, monitors and seeks to continually improve program operational processes.  Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements.  Work assignments involve overseeing documentation, design, and implementation of both existing and new processes for the Provider Programs operational area.

+ Collects and analyzes data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on the customer experience, compliance adherence, and efficiency.

+ Initiates and oversees business process improvement initiatives, including cross functional end to end lifecycle documentation and improvement (ie. product / performance Lifecyle)

+ Supports, leads and/or drives key organizational initiatives (including retrospective lessons learned, cross functional collaboration opportunities)

+ Ensures standardization and accuracy of process and procedure documentation across programs.

+ Develops, reviews, and approves program educational content.

+ Reviews and approves usage of alternate program materials.

+ Monitors program correspondence.

+ Supports Operating Discipline and the rollout and adoption of enterprise supporting framework as well as ongoing departmental operational review support

+ Supports Provider Programs financial management (program administrative and claims management, departmental administrative expense)

* + 5 or more years of technical experience

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft products

+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's Degree and / or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field

+ Lean / Sig Sigma experience

+ Finance experience

+ Operations experience

+ PMP certification a plus

+ Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care

+ Strong analytical skills

While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$86,300 - $118,700 per year
