Cortica is seeking licensed Massachusetts therapists to join their remote counseling team. You’ll provide virtual therapy to children, adolescents and families, support caregivers, and help families understand diagnoses while building effective home supports for neurodevelopmental needs.
The role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative, with flexible scheduling: part-time and full-time options. Peak hours on weekdays 2–7 PM and some Saturdays, ensuring a consistent caseload.
