PocketRN is a virtual care company enabling patients, caregivers, and care teams to connect from home. This RN, Virtual Care role is fully remote and per diem, reporting to the Nurse Cohort Manager. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and maintain thorough clinical documentation.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of direct patient care, an active RN license, and experience in geriatrics or dementia care. Evening/weekend shifts may be required. HIPAA compliance is essential.
