* * Position Summary
* We are seeking a compassionate and detail oriented
* Part Time Intake Counselor
* to join our busy Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program. This fully remote position plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely access to care through comprehensive assessments, care coordination, and scheduling support.

* Key Responsibilities
* * Conduct comprehensive
* Bio-Psychosocial Assessments (BPSAs)
* for:

* New admissions

* Readmissions

* Existing patients requiring reassessment

* Gather and document clinical, psychosocial, medical, substance use, and treatment history information.

* Assess patient needs and determine appropriate level of care and treatment recommendations.

* Coordinate patient placement and assign patients to counselors based on patient & program needs.

* Schedule follow up appointments and ensure continuity of care.

* Collaborate with counseling, medical, and administrative teams to facilitate a seamless intake process.

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, regulatory, and payer requirements.

* Provide exceptional customer service while engaging patients during the intake process.

* Qualifications
* * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field preferred.

* * Must hold active MA:
** LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LADC, CADC
* * Experience conducting assessments in substance use disorder, behavioral health, or MAT settings preferred.

* Strong clinical interviewing, documentation, and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

* Proficiency with electronic health records and virtual communication platforms.

* Salary Range:
Salary ranges from $35.00 to $45.00 an hour.
The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
