The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration. Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
Education :
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Experience : 0-1 years.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities. Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Other duties as assigned.

Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy. Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Celebrating patient victories along the way.
Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
