Signature Performance is seeking a Director of Coding Operations for a remote, nationwide role. You will translate coding operations into measurable revenue cycle outcomes and ensure accurate documentation, charge capture, coding, and claims generation to optimize reimbursement.
Lead collaboration with Revenue Integrity, Patient Financial Services, CDI and client teams to improve performance, analyze denials, and implement corrective actions that reduce DNFB and enhance net revenue.
