Signature Performance is seeking a Director of Coding Operations for a remote role nationwide. You will oversee healthcare revenue cycle operations, ensuring accurate coding, charge capture, and reimbursement to drive clean claims and proper revenue recognition.
You will collaborate with Revenue Integrity, PFS, CDI, and client teams to reduce denials and improve DNFB and AR performance. Travel up to monthly for client visits may be required.
