Cognizant is seeking an Inpatient Medical Coder for a remote position. You will review and resolve denied or rejected medical claims due to coding errors, ensuring accurate coding and billing based on documentation, while collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements include a high school diploma, at least three years of inpatient coding experience, CPC/COC/CCC/CIRCC or AHIMA credentials, EPIC and 3M Encoder experience.
