Signature Performance is seeking a Director of Coding Operations for a remote, nationwide role. You will oversee documentation, coding, charge capture, and denial management to optimize reimbursements and revenue recognition across client sites.
We seek RHIA/RHIT and CCS/CPC certs, 10+ years in healthcare leadership and coding, and deep knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS, DRGs, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. Travel up to monthly may be required.
