Your Role
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations based on client needs and clinical necessity.
  • Serve as an assessment‑only specialist – no therapy caseload.
  • Integrate findings across psychiatric, medical, psychological, and behavioral domains to develop client‑focused clinical formulations.
  • Produce high‑quality, integrative reports that include diagnostic clarity, functional insights, and strategic treatment recommendations.
  • Present testing findings to clients, families, and other professionals clearly and understandably.
  • Maintain timely and confidential documentation of assessments and reports.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and therapists, to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients.
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology preferred).
  • Active Minnesota Psychologist License; additional Wisconsin licensure is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment.
  • Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $90,000 – $105,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
