Position: Rbt Registered Behavior Technician Spanish Speaking Monday Through Friday Mornings And 4 To 7

Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking) – Heartlinks ABA – Flowery Branch, GA

Job Type: Part Time/Possibility for Full Time

Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour

Schedule:

Part time after school hours. 15-20 hours per week Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed.

Location:

Flowery Branch, GA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
  • Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
  • Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
  • Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
  • Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy techniques in a clinic setting.
  • Collect and record data via electronic data collection platform on learner progress.
  • Complete session notes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate empathetically and effectively with learners, families, and team members.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for learners.

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification (must provide RBT number)
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.
