What You’ll Do
- Work directly with children with autism in their homes
- Implement behavior plans created by BCBAs
- Collect and record session data
- Collaborate with supervisors and families
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and work with children
- 40 Hour RBT Training (Online)
Preferred (not required):
- RBT certification
- Experience with children or autism
Schedule
- Weekday afternoons (typically 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Weekend availability preferred

- In-person (home-based services across New Jersey)

Job Description:
- Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
- Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
