Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Care Team Assistant to provide clinical and clerical support in a virtual Value-Based Care setting. The role includes triage calls, communicating lab results, and ensuring complete patient records and pre-visit preparations for each visit.
This remote position follows CST hours with 3x12 shifts and quarterly travel to Houston, TX. Candidates should have 2-4 years in outpatient healthcare;
Spanish preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
