Interim Health Care in South Bend, IN is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide compassionate, home-based therapy and support to patients in their own homes. You will work as part of a home health team focused on the patient’s plan of care, goals, and mobility improvements.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Indiana PTA license and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of PTA experience, preferably in home healthcare.
