Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in a primarily center‑based setting with occasional home‑based services as needed.
  • Teach important life skills like communication, play, self‑help, and social skills using proven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods.
  • Work closely with an onsite BCBA who will provide hands‑on training, guidance, and real‑time support during your sessions.
  • Collect data and document sessions accurately.
  • Manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
  • Participate in light cleaning and support children in daily routines (e.g., dressing, toileting, brushing teeth).
  • Please Note: This position requires working with a range of children who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Transportation:
    Must have reliable source of transportation and be willing and able to travel between different sites. Mileage reimbursements offered.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
  • Preferred experience: Experience with autism and related disorders; experience working with children ages 0–16; and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Physical requirements: Able to lift up to 40 lbs; sit in a child‑size chair or on the floor and quickly switch from sitting to standing; walk, jog, or run quickly.
