BCBA Consultant

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a consultation-based role providing ABA training, supervision, and consultation services in collaboration with public school teams. Clinicians receive extensive support and resources from NECC's central school while making a meaningful difference in educational environments.

This role is ideal for BCBAs who are passionate about consultation, system-level impact, and supporting students in school-based environments.

  • Provide ABA-based consultation, training, and supervision in public school settings
  • Oversee the clinical and educational programming for students in the classroom
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and school leadership teams
  • Access ongoing support, mentorship, and resources from NECC
  • Organize/present large-group training or workshops

What You'll Need
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • State License in ABA
  • Significant, supervised clinical and educational experience and skills
  • Experience designing and overseeing the delivery of applied behavior analytic services
  • Experience in staff training and staff supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, motivated and flexible, and have skills and interest in working with people from a variety of disciplines (parents, teachers, professionals, paraprofessionals, administrators).
  • Driver's license or access to reliable transportation
