Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, multi-talented Health Coach, Pilates/Group Fitness/Yoga/Meditation Teacher & Sales Specialist based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This unique hybrid role bridges the gap between client acquisition, holistic health coaching, and mindful movement.

Your journey starts with a strong focus on revenue generation and client intake. Over your first 180 days, you will systematically transition your daily workflow. You will move from initial client consulting to a long-term, sustainable balance of 80% health coaching and 20% sales closing
. Additionally, you will lead scheduled yoga or meditation sessions and workshops both online and in person. If you love changing lives holistically and have a natural knack for consultative sales, this role offers uncapped earning potential and incredible professional variety.

Phase Blueprint & Instructional Breakdown

• Initial Phase (Days 1–90): Focus heavily on meeting with potential clients, conducting health consultations, and building a consistent pipeline of revenue.
• Transition Phase (Days 91–180): Gradually shift your workload as your client roster grows.
• Target State (Day 180+): Stabilize your schedule to spend 80% of your time coaching your active clients and 20% of your time closing new incoming warm leads.
• Classes & Workshops (Ongoing): Teach virtual and local, in-person yoga or meditation classes and specialized workshops as booked by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Health & Wellness Coaching (Target: 80% of workload): Deliver high-quality, personalized wellness coaching, track client progress, and provide accountability to help clients achieve their ultimate health goals.
• Consultative Sales (Target: 20% of workload): Conduct initial discovery consultations with potential clients, assess their health needs, present tailored coaching programs, and close the sale.
• Yoga & Meditation Instruction: Design and lead engaging yoga or mindfulness classes and deep-dive workshops. Deliver these sessions both online and in person at designated local DFW venues based on bookings.
• Local Touchpoints: Work primarily from your home office while attending mandatory weekly in-person touchpoints in the DFW metroplex to collaborate on strategy and teach local sessions.
• 20% Uncapped Commission: Receive a highly competitive 20% payout on all closed sales and program enrollments.
• Class & Workshop Pay: Earn a flat rate of $50 per class and $200 per workshop led.

Qualifications

• Location: Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to attend weekly meetings and lead live and pre-recorde sessions.

• A certified Health Coach designation (e.g., ACE, National Board, IIN) or a degree in nutrition, kinesiology, or a related wellness field.
• A recognized Yoga Teacher Certification (e.g., RYT-200) or formal Meditation Teacher Certification.
• Experience: Proven track record in consultative sales, relationship selling, or enrollment coaching, alongside experience leading group movement or mindfulness classes.
• Skills: Exceptional active listening, strong communication, confident public speaking, and self-motivated time management.
• Setup: A quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and professional staging for high-quality virtual classes and consultations.
