The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services at our Phoenix center, with a focus on delivering high-quality ABA therapy while enjoying a supportive, collaborative environment. This full-time role offers a base salary of $90K–$110K plus monthly bonuses, a sign-on bonus up to $20K for eligible LBAs, and a hybrid schedule with up to 2 work-from-home days.
