Join the fastest‑growing outpatient mental health practice in Northern Virginia. We have immediate openings for LPC, LMSW, and Resident in Counseling therapists.

• Offer guaranteed pay for the initial 4 weeks while you ramp your caseload
• Provide clinical supervision by a VA‑licensed LPC at no cost to you
• Ability to provide individual, couples, play, and other types of therapy
• Wide variety of patients for exposure to new clinical experiences

Opportunities include individual, family, and couples therapy services as well as telehealth.

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing clinical documentation including diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes per company policy
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

• At least a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
• Licensed mental health professional or Resident in Counseling in Virginia
• Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• For tele‑health from home, a professional, private, HIPAA‑compliant home office

• Experience with EMDR
• Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
• Experience with couples and families
• General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
