Behavior Technician; Bt - Developmental Services

First Steps Developmental Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians to provide ABA services to young children and families in a part‑time capacity
.

This hybrid role includes center based services for children under six as well as school based and home based sessions with caregivers public school based children
. Technicians who enjoy both structured teaching and natural family support tend to thrive in this position.

Registered Behavior Technicians are encouraged to apply.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the center and in client homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Collect session data and notes
• Partner with families in a respectful and supportive manner

Participate in supervision and team meetings

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree or students in psychology, education, or related fields preferred
• Experience with children is a plus
• Reliable transportation for home sessions
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback

RBT certification is welcomed. Support toward certification may be available.
