Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to emails from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies;
Conduct thorough research and problem-solving to resolve patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints;
Educate patients on insurance coverage and billing procedures;
Schedule appointments and follow up on missed appointments;
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate communication of patient information;
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations;
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance patient satisfaction;
