Cognizant is seeking an Inpatient Medical Coder for a remote, work-from-home role in the United States. You will review and resolve denied or rejected claims due to coding errors, ensuring accurate coding and billing based on documentation.
You will analyze denial reasons, correct coding errors, manage appeals, and coordinate with various departments to prevent future denials. Proficiency with EPIC and 3M Encoder is required.
