Location: Petersburg
United Health Group is seeking an RN Case Manager to deliver home-based hospice care, coordinating plan of care and collaborating with the IDG. This full-time role covers Grant, Hardy, Hampshire, and Pendleton counties in West Virginia. Hours are Mon-Fri, with on-call rotations for evenings and weekends, requiring an unrestricted RN license and a valid driver’s license.
Sign-on bonus offered. Salary ranges from $71,640 to $107,460 annually based on full-time employment.
