Position Summary:

We care about the individuals and families living within our community and it is our priority to ensure access to services as soon as possible. This Clinical Supervisor oversees Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and/or Case Managers, providing administrative and clinical supervision of assigned staff and directing, coordinating, and managing care and services.

• Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.)
• Independently licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
• Clinical supervision experience strongly preferred
• Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word‑processing, and database software programs
• Spanish speaking preferred; compensated for bilingual/ASL skills by an additional 6% above base pay; multilingual skills compensated by an additional 8% above base pay
• Flexible schedule with some evenings, excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, including use of walkways, stairs and/or elevators
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Must be able to work remotely and in person while adhering to PHI requirements
