2000, a home‑based provider of pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy services, is looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist/PTA to serve families in the Flower Mound/Lewisville area. This full‑time or part‑time position is based in our DFW division.

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Act as a vital member of patients’ medical neighborhood, collaborating and coordinating care between providers and disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and other paperwork.
• Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high‑quality patient care.
• Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home‑health pediatric physical therapy.

• Current/active Texas license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, web browser).

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a home‑health setting.
• Specialty Certifications (e.g., PCS).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
