We are hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists and welcoming CFY candidates to provide services in our school partnerships in the Akron and Cleveland areas.

$36 - $41.73/hr *
* Salary range is contingent upon experience, credentialing, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

- Provide telecommute/remotespeech services that adhere to the goals and objectives found in each student's IEP or Plan of Care
- Administer all necessary evaluations and assessments with written reports and Plan of Care
- Keep accurate records and provide updates on progress and recommendations regarding IEPs
- Communicate ongoing student/client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals
- Licensed as a Speech Pathologist by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board, hold a Pupil Service License by the Ohio Department of Education, and have your CCC from ASHA, and a minimum of two years of experience
- Familiar with the Ohio Education Code, Ohio Code of Regulations, and Office of Education schools’ policies, rules, and regulations regarding programs and pupils
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License in good standing
- Hold valid CPR and First Aid training certificate
Must clear a current background check through the FBI and BCI - Auto insurance liability coverage which meets the minimum for work‑related travel (25/50k liability coverage)
- Ability to travel to more than one site on any given day
- A current TB Test
- Experience working with individuals with special needs
- Five years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in auditing and monitoring compliance for the district, state, and federal regulations regarding Special Education

- Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
- Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
- Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs
