Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Dietitian for Broadlawns Medical Center located in Des Moines, IA
. Broadlawns Medical Center has an average census of 110 patients and strives to build a healthy community for everyone. This is a fun position that gets to be involved in a little bit of everything: inpatient and outpatient care, providing guidance to the call center staff and programming the patient menu software.

• Provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatients and outpatients

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management skills, a self-starter and a team player
• The ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff
• Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed or eligible for license in IA

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master’s degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor’s degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.

In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire.

Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire.
