A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager to lead revenue cycle operations, optimize Cerner performance, and partner with executive leadership to improve financial results.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced Revenue Cycle professional who understands billing, collections, denials, reimbursement, and operational improvement.

• Lead Revenue Cycle operations across Billing, A/R, Denials, Payment Posting, Credit Balance Resolution, and Self-Pay Follow-Up.
• Drive performance improvement through KPI analysis, denial management, process optimization, and reporting.
• Partner with executive leadership through business reviews, metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Leverage Cerner Revenue Cycle expertise to support optimization, workflow improvements, and system enhancements.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing Revenue Cycle team.

• Strong hospital Revenue Cycle background with hands‑on operational expertise.
• Experience managing multiple Revenue Cycle functions, including billing, A/R, denials, and collections.
• Deep Cerner Revenue Cycle experience, including optimization, build, or post‑go‑live support.
• Experience presenting Revenue Cycle performance metrics to executive leadership.
• Clearinghouse experience preferred (Fin Thrive or similar platforms a plus).
• LTAC or acute care hospital experience preferred.
