Cognizant is hiring an ER Medical Coder – E/M, Injections & Infusions, to review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10-CM codes across outpatient settings. You will work with clinicians and coding teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and productivity in Emergency Department, outpatient surgery, and diagnostic encounters in a remote environment.
Candidates should have 2+ years facility-based outpatient coding experience and relevant certifications (CCS, RHIT, RHIA, CPC, or COC).
