Exact Care Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist to bridge service gaps for PACE clients and their participants. The role will support enrollment, relay pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies, and coordinate medication delivery and reconciliation.
The position is remote, full-time, with a typical 40-hour workweek and occasional after-hours support to meet customer expectations. Experience in healthcare customer service is preferred.
