Thera Listen is seeking motivated clinicians pursuing New York State licensure as an LCSW or LMHC-D to join our growing, clinician-led practice.

At Thera Listen, we provide accessible, affordable, and high-quality teletherapy to adolescents and adults across New York State. Our fully remote model allows you to deliver meaningful care from the comfort of your home, with the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.

We are passionate about supporting emerging clinicians through weekly individual and group supervision, along with monthly continuing education opportunities, all led by experienced professionals.

We are a collaborative, compassionate, and close-knit team of clinicians supported by a dedicated administrative staff—so you can focus on what matters most: your clients.

No billing headaches. No overwhelming paperwork. Just meaningful clinical work in a supportive environment, without having to put on shoes.

• Fee-for-service (rate commensurate with experience $44-$48/session)
• Projected annual earnings: $55,000 – $75,000, based on caseload
• No-show protection to support income consistency
• Opportunities for annual increases

• Master’s-level graduate (MSW, MSEd, or equivalent) pursuing LCSW or LMHC licensure
• Must hold an LMSW or be a permit-eligible MHC
• Post-graduate training or certification (CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, Trauma, CASAC) strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, written, and communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and excellence in clinical care
• Self-motivated with a strong and reliable work ethic

• Maintain a caseload of 25+ client sessions per week
• Provide availability during evenings, weekends, or early mornings
• Willingness to work with individuals ages 12+
• Complete timely documentation (intakes and session notes)
• Participate in weekly team meetings, group and individual supervision

• Fully remote work with a home office welcome package
• Clinical supervision toward independent licensure (LCSW/LMHC-D)
• Full administrative support, including scheduling and billing
• Monthly in-house professional development opportunities (CEs)
• Caseload buildup within approximately 90 days
