Comagine Health is seeking a Patient Services Director to lead patient advocacy, engagement and escalation management for the ESRD Network region. This 0.8 FTE remote role oversees grievances, data analysis, and quality initiatives in partnership with providers, centers, and state agencies.
The PSD collaborates with the MRB and QID on clinical aspects, directs PAC and PSMe activities, and drives improvements in patient experience and behavioral health outcomes across kidney care. Travel minimal.
