BJC Behavioral Health seeks a Clinical Case Manager to provide home-based crisis therapy, family therapy, and behavioral interventions to clients in the St. Louis area. The role involves travel to clientshomes, coordinating with the case management team, and maintaining notes and documentation.
Must be fully licensed in Missouri (LPC or LCSW). A typical day includes 2–3 therapy sessions, care coordination, and session notes, with a maximum caseload of 5–6 clients.
