Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan and administer home-based physical therapy, restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease or injury. You will consult with medical staff to coordinate patient care and act as a case manager for home-therapy patients.
Requirements include a BS or MS in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program, two years of PT experience, and WA licensure with BLS.
