Pfizer’s Rare Cardiac Access Care Manager role is field-based across Gulf Coast territories. You will lead patient access initiatives, coordinate with providers and payers, and guide coverage strategies to enable timely therapy initiation for consented patients.
You will act as a reimbursement expert, navigate payer policies, and drive account-level access plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams and field staff. Travel ~30% is required.
