Location:
Hybrid – Must attend Ontario, OH clinic 1-2 days per week. Remaining work may be completed remotely based on client needs.

What You’ll Do- Conducting behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
- Providing caregiver training and ongoing family support
- Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborating with families, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on data
- Maintaining timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation
- Staying current with best practices and advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with required in-person attendance at our Ontario, OH clinic 1-2 days per week
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain or maintain CPR certification
- Ability to successfully complete a background check as required by funding sources
- Ability to meet the physical demands of working directly with children, including lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and engaging in active play
