Spark Joy ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in Ontario, OH. The role combines in-clinic and remote work, requiring 1–2 days per week at the Ontario clinic and flexible in remaining days based on client needs.
You will conduct FBAs, develop plans, train caregivers, and mentor BTs/RBTs within a family-centered, evidence-based care team. A strong collaborative approach is essential.
