Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NJ & NY license) - Remote

• Full‑time: 5 days, 1:00pm–9:00pm, Monday‑Friday
• Full‑time: 4 days of 10‑hour shifts (2 days 11:00am–9:00pm, 2 days 8:00am–6:00pm)
• Part‑time: 20 hours per week (eligible for benefits)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York or New Jersey
• Must hold both NY & NJ Medicaid provider numbers

• Conduct psychosocial assessments using evidence‑based practices
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling/therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients (depression, anxiety, ADD, conduct disorders, etc.)
• Maintain clinical documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to overcome treatment obstacles
• Maintain compliance with All company policies and procedures
• Respond promptly to urgent or emergent patient needs
• Manage a caseload of 15–20 patients weekly and at least 5 patients daily

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Minimum of 3,000 hours of post‑master social work experience qualifying for licensure
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Deep understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong cultural competency and commitment to patient care

• Base salary: $80,000 – $85,000 (based on experience and licensure)
