Summit is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join the Corrections Team in a remote, full-time capacity. You will support field operations by providing nutritional expertise and cost-effective menus across facilities, with up to 20% travel.
You will develop menus per NSLP/SBP guidelines, enter recipes in the menu software, assist in bids, and ensure regulatory compliance. Remote work with comprehensive benefits is offered.
