Role Overview
This full‑time, remote position supports clients in Washington state and is part of the Minute Clinic team at CVS Health. Qualified candidates must hold a Washington state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and be willing to obtain additional state licensure if hired.

- Current, active, and unencumbered Washington state license as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short‑term counseling skills using evidence‑based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem‑solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and team skills.
- Experience with or willingness to learn virtual therapy delivery.
- Deep understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms.
- Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements.
- Strong crisis intervention skills.
- Previous experience in a mental‑health clinic or hospital setting.
- Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university.
Typical pay range: $32.01 - $68.55 per hour/annual salary depending on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
