Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, specialized skills, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.

The Manager of Facility Coding & Audit is an exempt, full-time remote position. The Manager will serve as the Company Representative for clients in fulfilling coding & audit support needs and resolving service issues as they arise. Assign and coordinate coder & auditor work assignments. Monitor the coders & auditor hours, productivity and quality. Oversee the preparation of weekly performance reports for clients.

Perform periodic coding quality review on team members and client coding audits.
This job may be performed remotely, but may require travel to the Long Beach, CA office, client sites and industry conferences.
