Cognizant is seeking an ER Medical Coder – E/M, Injections & Infusions, to support multiple healthcare clients remotely. You will review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis and procedure codes for outpatient encounters, ED, and diagnostic cases, using encoder tools and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of ED E/M coding, injections/infusions, and coding standards is required.
