SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Managed Care Coordinator II CM/DM in Columbia, SC. Role begins on-site with 4 weeks of training, then remote work is possible; travel is covered by the client. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Assignment length is 3 months with potential conversion. On-call duties occur every 4–6 weeks post-training with limited weekend hours. Responsibilities include active case management, clinical eligibility reviews, care plan development, and coordination across services
